Deer, oh dear Christmas decor
Well, better late than never, don’t you feel like sometimes you just are never done!? I feel ok, about the whole Christmas business, thankfully we have had lots of joyous occasions keeping us busy in the midst of the shopping, wrapping and a little bit of decorating :) and I am so grateful for online shopping! My Fall Mantle
I love fall, and despite my love for it, I was stuck in a rut for redoing our mantle. It’s always my nemesis…Although I loved it, I knew it was time for a update. I wanted to go with a less chaotic-eclectic but still quirky look. I wanted a main piece of artwork, but wasn’t sure what. Then I got some heavy twine in these orange shades from a yard sale this weekend. (25 cents each!) I wrapped them around an Ikea mirror I had laying around and voila! Instant art.
