The Gap Filler
My friend Denise has a great kitchen but the problem is, no pantry! After seeing this beauty on pinterest, (original one here) we talked about building one for her kitchen.
Now, it’s no secret I love garage sale-ing. But imagine my surprise when lo and behold I find this baby for $10, the perfect shelf! I couldn’t wait to call Denise and tell her.

2012 Resolutions
And what’s that? Why yes, this is the 100th blog post. I think it’s symbolic, I have been through a lot of things in the past year, almost all of them good and/or necessary for growth and I feel really excited about what 2012 brings (and I’m pretty darn certain it’s not world destruction, unless corgi’s gain opposable thumbs in which case doom, yes doom is upon us :) I feel like this year will bring a lot of newness, change and Nick and I finally fully entering adulthood as he graduates from school, what a long long road that has been.
I’ve been thinking about these resolutions a lot these past few days and finally wrote them all down yesterday. I really want to lead a balanced life with all aspects growing and becoming who I want to be. A better woman, a better wife, a better home-maker, and most of all a better Christian, constantly growing closer in my relationship with God. So without further ado here are my 12 resolutions for 2012!
Wish me luck! Although not on that list, I still really really need to update this blog so…ya, there’s that too
