Bekah’s shower went without a hitch. We started with brunch and mimosas
Bek already had these fabulous placemats and some various cake plates were used to serve
the food, I made the runner by simply safety pinning some various ribbons together. We drank the non-alchoholic beverages out of some baby bottles with paper straws (only 6 bucks for 144!)
On one wall of the dining room hung this bunting, made from rectangular paper, ribbon and a hole punch
From each end hung one small wire umbrella that I found at yard sales
Stefi made these adorable little sheep cupcakes, Bek and her husband have had a lamb theme throughout for little lukas.
I finally put a few of the embroidery hoops that I’ve been compulsively hoarding to use
The little lamb was made from cotton rounds, a brad and some scraps of grey fabric hot-glued.
A old wooden frame that I got at a yard sale worked perfectly with some light green gingham
and a painted cardboard “L”
For one our activities we decorated onesies, one for each month old he will turn, I took the 6
and made a little bowtie out of corduroy
Didn’t they turn out cute!
We had a great time and although it’s bitter-sweet knowing that my best friend is going to be
moving soon, I’m excited for her, chad and lukas to start this new chapter together
